Process:
This wine was created to celebrate the 50 years of the S.V.B. Selected from the best grapes from the region, destemming by hand, fermented and macerated in a "Balseiro" of French and Portuguese oak and aged in Oak barrel of fine grain of new French oak
Tasting Notes: Very complex wine from the nose to the mouth, intense rich notes of dark chocolate, wild berries, balsamic notes, with fine hint of eucalyptus, rapped in a intense and elegant oak, the perfect balance between the expression of the terroir and the work on the cellar carefully managed by the head of Winemaking in Sovibor.
Notes: Without dough one of the best wines we ever tried.
